Pre-order

4 to 6 weeks from the nearest order closing date and subject to the shipping arrangement. Order Closing Date : Every 9th, 19th, and 29th of each month

Price

Fixed Price. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Order

Please ordering by using our purchase order form and email to one of our customer service personnel. You can download such form from our web site.

Payment

We will only process your order after upon receipt the full payment. Payment has to be made within 3 days or before the Order Closing Date to prevent any delay. For payment made via Internet banking, please fill in the 3rd Party e-mail address (nini-shop@hotmail.com) and e-mail to us the transaction record.

Postage

Please refer to POSTAGE detail.

Refund / Stock Exchange

100% refund for pre-order items, which is out of stock at the factory.

If any defective product was found, please contact our staff via email with the picture attachment in 3 days. Any stock exchange request beyond the 3 days period will not be entertained unless otherwise stated.

Stock exchange will only be given for manufactured FAULTY product (such as zip, belt and serious surface faulty). Please note that exchange item will only be replaced by the same product, unless the said product is out-of-stock then we will either allow to replace with other product with same value or refund.

All shipping cost will bear by customer.

Images and Actual Products

Please note that actual items might slightly differ from the images provided due to different computer's resolution.

Others

All pre-order items are not 100% have stock, please take note before placing order, money will refund for out of stock. In case of any incident happened that caused delay on delivery, customer will be informed and advised on the next expected delivery date.

我们会在收到汇款后才处理定单，请在3天内/ 截止日前付款， 以免担误下定日期。使用网上银行转帐的朋友，请记得在 3rd Party Email Address填入本店的客户服务人员的电邮地址 nini-shop@hotmail.com，一定一定要，才能即时确认^^。

邮费

请参阅本店的邮寄指南 。

退款

预购的包包，如果厂商缺货，我们必定退款。

如有货品有的问题，请在3天内用电邮通知我们 ，并附上货品损坏图片。 逾期将一概不受理。

所有因拉链问题，内外表层损坏，只接受同款換货。如果沒有同款，才可以接受換其它款式或退款。

所有运费一律由买家承担负责。

其他

由于包包是预购的,部份款式会断货,绝对不会100%有货，断货包包将退款处理。

若商品遇有突发状況，无法於期限内幚你寄出，我们一定会事先进行通知，无法等待商品追加时间的买家，请勿下定。
